Before your appointment
Please read this before you book.
Your health and treatment history can change when we are able to treat you. If anything below applies to you, please tell us when you book.
Health details to share
Please tell us in advance if there is a wound or inflammation on the area to be treated, or if you have a cold sore on your lips. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or recently gave birth, please talk to us before booking.
Spacing from other treatments
If you have had eye or nose surgery, or filler in your lips or forehead, please allow at least one month before visiting. If you have laser treatment or a skin programme planned, we recommend having your permanent makeup first.
The day before and the day itself
Please avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your treatment. It can increase bleeding and change how the pigment settles.
Removing makeup and extensions
If you want eyeliner and wear lash extensions, please have them removed beforehand. If you are unsure — for treatment on the outer corner only, for example — ask us when you book.
Makeup on the day
We will remove the makeup on the treatment area after you arrive. If you have a shape or colour in mind, bring your usual makeup or a reference photo.
Changes and late arrivals
Please message us on LINE as early as you can to change or cancel a booking. If you are running late, let us know and we will adjust where we can.
